Prime Petroleum Company was started on March 15th 2006 with one outlet in Kira Town Council, Wakiso district. Within months of setting up our first station, construction had begun on what would become the headquarters in Kyanja along the Kisaasi-Kyanja road in Kampala. The main headquarters where finished on January 5th 2018 and from then things begun moving fast. In 2008 our third station was opened in Nakasajja, Mukono in February of that year. In 2009 two more stations were added in Gayaza and Ntinda bringing the total number of stations to five. In 2016 another station in Kiwologoma was added to the Prime Petroleum family making the number six.
Despite all this prime petroleum has insisted on taking services to the places where no other fuel company had ever bothered to venture to. This is why we have developed a reputation for always being the first in most of the areas we have established ourselves in most especially in Nakasajja and Kira. Today Prime Petroleum is one of Uganda’s indigenously owned fuel import company with a strong focus on the local community.
